I think her name was Sherry, but I may be wrong. Anyways....the woman working there was very nice and super helpful. I just needed a cheap matress and didnt spend much time looking around the store but if I needed anything else I would definitely go back. Customer service is a big priority for me.

I recently relocated to Moreno Valley and my moving company did a poor job and ruined quite a bit of my furniture. I had invited my family to come visit so I was in desperate need of a need bed./ I went to Furniture Helpers and got a very pleasant surprise. They are very friendly, helpful and dedicated to what they do. I was able to buy a bed, madras, frame and some chairs. I bought the items on a friday and Monday everything was delivered and set up. I will always a stop at their store from now on when I need furniture.

We bought a mattress online and needed a bed frame since we upgraded from a queen to a king. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So, I started looking at local furniture stores instead of national chains. I came across Furniture Helpers. They had large selection online and I picked out the frame I wanted. We decided to visit in person to see what they had. At first, I was concerned it would be too small to be able to accommodate a lot of options because of the building they are in. I was mistaken. We walked in and they have an impressive showroom. All of the pieces are marked with prices so I was easily able to decide if a set would fit in my budget.The set we decided on is gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with it! Shirley was phenomenal! She was helpful without being overbearing. She let us shop and didn't hover like some salespeople will do. She didn't push us to buy more expensive pieces. When we told her we'd bought a "bed in a box", she showed concern but explained why. She never made me feel bad about purchasing a less expensive mattress online instead of one of the name brand mattresses. She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. After we purchased the bedroom set (I wanted just a bed but she gave us such a deal, we went with the entire set), I went home to wait. We asked them to wait until the following Tuesday for delivery since that was when we were getting the bed. The boys were there promptly Tuesday morning. They were very friendly and also incredibly knowledgeable. When we told them the bed we had, they suggested the type of foundation we needed. That afternoon, we went back to Furniture Helpers and ordered a foundation. While there, we also bought a gorgeous set of dishes that were on display. The next day, Shirley delivered the foundation. We set everything up the following day. I couldn't be happier with my bedroom now! We will be back to furnish our living room and dining room when we move into a new house. If you are i

I just wanted to keep my promise , I need to use a fax machine and the business next door machine was broken , I went over to furniture helpers and Shirley let me use there fax machine and didn't even charge me one penny. I told her I was going to give her a review because she was very nice and friendly , and I thought letting the community know there's good people over at Furniture helpers. so please go check them out thanks again

Furniture Helpers has great options and prices. I purchased a nice home desk. The owner was very helpful and patient with me (it takes me very long to decide). She is very knowledgeable of all the products she carries. This a great local furniture store. I highly recommend them.
